Should Jerry's statue stay?

Yes keep it. He is the sole reason that the Panthers exist as they do and that the Carolinas got a football team when they did. He's a great historical figure in Panthers history and deserves his place. You can recognize how important somebody was in something while still acknowledging the flaws. OJ Simpson is still in the hall of fame...

Remove JR and hide him in the basement but keep the Panthers for now.  Then when we get a new stadium debut a "History" park where old great players and past owners are displayed and quietly place the JR statue back with ones of Jpep, Smitty catching the X clown, Sam Mills etc...  It would be great for fans and would allow us to remember the history that is our team without making it a big deal.  We need the dust to settle on JR and let him pass away before we do anything to honor him for what his did do positively for the Carolinas.  Eventually we need a way to remember all past owners and statues aren't a terrible idea.
