He hasn’t been dominant since 2014...unfortunately because of injuries I think. Hes better than Star but 2x is a stretch.

Well he had 4.5 sacks in 2013 and 6 sacks in 2014 and was a pro bowler both years. Since then in 3 years he has 5 sacks total. He’s still a good player he’s just not as dominant since his back surgery. And I think he’s fits better on the Panthers than the Falcons.

Credit the Bucs with going all out this offseason to upgrade their defensive line. First, in free agency they added both Jason Pierre-Paul and Vinny Curry on the outside. Together, they have combined for over 80 career sacks and should radically improve Tampa’s edge-rushing game. They also picked up Vita Vea in the first round of the draft and will slide him in next to Gerald McCoy, who is one of the top defensive tackles in football. They have not played a single game together yet, but at least on paper this Buccaneers group has to be considered the toughest unit in the NFC South.

Not surprised that they would choose them over us but I don't see how you can take potential over production.  We replaced Star with Poe who arguably is a better fit for us.
