I just hope they stick with the whole cliffhanger at the end of every episode stuff... that just makes me so anxious for the next episode.

This season of Dexter reminded me of like Season 1/2 of Lost as far as how much I wanted to see the next episode

I just read that it was Showtime's biggest show since a Tyson fight years and years ago. It shattered records for them. This show isn't going anywhere anytime soon, I bet they re-up it for more years, maybe.

I think Deb will figure out what's going on. She'll put two and two together. I just want to know how she'll take it when/if he explains to her what he is, and WHO he kills and how it's only killers and things like that. Will a cop, that sees people get off all the time when they know they are guilty, really hate someone like Dexter? I think everyone was kind of "up in the air" about the Bay Harbor Butcher when they found out all the people were suspected of murder, you add the fact that it's her brother, she may be OK with it.

I just don't think they'll top Lithgow as a killer.

And I thought he would get Cody, never thought Rita would get offed.

The police found it I think if I remember right. Dex had him on his own table thing in the cooler and cut him open and left him to drain his blood in that bucket thing.

I think that's what happened... it was just left there as a "We don't know who did this but seriously who cares?" police case.

Funny that no one brought this up, but it was shocking that the Head of the Department knew Dexter and Brian were brothers.

What I found shocking was that I never even considered it. He was Harry's pal, he's the only one that knew about the suicide. He promised to look after Deb and Dex. No wonder he told Dex that he'd hear out what Lila had to say about his connection to the BHB.

I hope Matthews becomes important again. He was missing for season 3 and it felt like he only came back to piss off LaGuerta.

Wow, Clyde Phillips just bailed on the show.

The ratings record-breaking "Dexter" finale Sunday, which capped the Showtime drama's highest-rated season, also marked the last episode for the show's executive producer/showrunner Clyde Phillips, who is departing the series.

"24" co-executive producer Chip Johannessen has been tapped to succeed Phillips at the helm of "Dexter," which is in the middle of a two-season pickup.

Phillips, who joined "Dexter" after the pilot, is leaving to spend more time with his family in Connecticut.

He said it was a "hugely difficult decision" and, driving home Sunday night in New York from a viewing party for the Season 4 finale of "Dexter," he added, "I had complicated feelings about it."
