I'd add for the record that incognito was only an average to half decent blocker at his best. And he's definitely not at his best anymore.

Anybody looking for the "oh he's crazy he must be great" angle is barking up the wrong tree.

it seems the poor guy is battling psychosis. I hope he gets the help he needs. 11 years in the NFL should net you a good chunk of change. I have a feeling the GM's of the league will do the right thing and not offer him a contract. Its time to Go onto Greener pastures.

Some NFL teams are like a woman who starts dating a bad boy (aka, turd) because she sees the good in him and thinks she can change him.  I am not judging women, but I am pointing out the risk vs. reward component and how rarely it works out favorably.  (we used to volunteer at the Domestic Violence Shelter/Safe Reliance.  It got real frustrating seeing what these turds did to families.  Incognito is a turd.  You don't make fancy clay vases out of poo, you need quality clay. They may look the same, feel the same, and mold the same, but you put them in the kiln, the poo pot crumbles.  Metaphors are my friend.
