Consider this for a moment...

Let's say you know someone at your workplace who suffers from a mental illness and has been known to be suicidal.

Would you harass that person? Bully them? Suggest to them that they probably ought to kill themselves?

How would you feel if they did?

For whatever you might think about Jonathan Martin, it takes a pretty poor excuse for a human being to treat someone with a clear mental illness the way Incognito did Martin.

Frankly, I wouldn't care if Incognito were the best football player in the world. I wouldn't want somebody like that on my team.
