actuaaaaallllllllllyyyyy....my username isn't in reference to just stewart (but i'll take him over williams any day).

it's in reference to all RBs that wear/wore 28. at one time there was a website in the works, but it's been put on the backburner.

I wanna just say #34 & #28 looked great out there yesterday. The Offensive Line did a great job of blocking and set the tone early. Those guys got it in yesterday. That being said, it was Tampa and we need to see that type of game against the clubs we're gonna be playing in a few weeks. But yesterday was a nice start.

Not unless you consider mid way through the 2nd early. Our Line looked like crap for 2 or 3 series. We have a serious problem when we can get going against a team who just traded one of there best dlineman and we still give up to much pressure and that was against the Bucs. I want to stay optimistic after a close victory but it hard to when the win was against one of the worst Run D's in the league (minus Adams even) and still barely pulled one out. After next week we are in trouble.

i think it's more an issue of the O-Line finally gelling than Deangelo getting back to form.

i don't think it's a matter of finally gelling.

i think it's a matter of playing against a weaker opponent. they'll look good again next week and possibly against arizona (carolina has historically run well against arizona). if they can progressively get better over the next couple of weeks, there's a chance they'll carry the momentum thru to the tougher opponents.

bingo. Williams is a great back but lets not forget there has only been 1 RB in history who can have consistant success without a good oline. his name ain't deangelo williams.

that said if your line plays close to the level they did on sunday the panthers are goiing to finish strong. we'll see.

it's better than fumbling on the wrong side of the field for an easy score for the opposing team...twice.

that might negate anything resembling pro bowl form.

while i'm happy to see both williams and stewart run at will yesterday (and chances are they will do the same next week against an even worse run defense), let's be for real...it was tampa bay. arguably the worse team in the league right now.

Yea your little sorry ass couldn't help yourself could you... I thought I wouldn't read anything negative from you this week about DeAngelo, but I should have known better... You will find something wrong about his performance, or have a reason he did well, "let's be for real...it was tampa bay. arguably the worse team in the league right now." They gave him the damn ball. If they give him the damn ball that is going to happen on a weekly basis. No matter who they're playing against...
