First off, BOTH SUCK!!! But Id take JaMarcus over Jake at this point. He doesnt turn the ball over as much and performed better against a common opponent the Eagles. If my QB is gonna turn the ball over 2 times a game anyway, I want the guy wit the bigger arm, and thats JaMarcus.

Anybody that would want JaMarcus Russell over Jake Delhomme is an idiot. And I HATE Jake Delhomme with every ounce of my being and can't wait to see him gone.

Are you on crack? Russell's arm is even more wild than Jake's. He throws all over the place, underthrows, overthrows. And never in the history of the NFL has a QB been so incapable of completing a pass to his wide receivers. Russell has some amazingly talented WRs, and despite how good Zach Miller is, he can't keep forcing it to his Tight End and expect anything to come of it. He's fumble prone, which is ridiculous for someone his size, and would be a huge turnover liability if he threw more than 15 times a game.

OK, I admit it, parts of that description actually sounded a lot like Jake. So I'll put it this way: We know how this FO loves to stick with a struggling, heavily invested in, undrafted, over-the-hill quarterback. How long do you think they would stick with a struggling, heavily invested in, number-one overall, young quarterback?

Jake wins this head-to-head battle because he won't be our QB for much longer.
