even if you take away this incident with his ex, he still has a sketchy history that will likely come up again in the not too distant future

Unfortunately, I smell bullshit. Foster has a history and if I had to guess, he paid this girl $$$$ to fall on the sword. What is another 10k under the table if it can potentially save you millions and millions of dollars. The girl is admitting to lying, now we are supposed to believe her? Not to mention the allegations that this POS threw her dog against a wall.

Lord knows what Foster was probably getting away with at Bama, and even if he does escape this unscathed, I have a feeling this won’t be the last time his names pops up in the wrong side of the news.

This is why it’s “innocent before proven guilty”, this should have been done with Hardy as well, but that’s in the past now. The only time this wouldn’t work, is for Ray Rice..oh wee mayne.

Innocent before proven guilty???! What America are you talking about?

It's cheaper to hire a "professional", dating has turned into a minefield.

There are a number of professional athletes that have actually stated that. I can't remember the guy but I recall one player saying he video taped every sexual encounter just so he had evidence that it was consensual.

Can’t say I blame him. If I were a super rich, famous celebrity.....I would be afraid to leave my house. IMO athletes/celebrities attract a different type of woman and a different type of person. Money makes people do crazy things.

Absolutely. I don't understand the type that pines for any sort of celebrity status. The headaches involved seem to outweigh the money. But, that is also from a standpoint of never having been exposed to a wealthy lifestyle. I might change my tune if I did I have that.

So does she not get in trouble for a false police report?

The police already know whether the event happened or not. In this case, they will let it go if the victim says that she will not press charges and recants her statement. Prosecuting her would do no good and just punish the victim. Even if she has been paid off, it would just lead to a messy situation in court and if she then recanted should could face more harm from the attacker.

This sort of thing happens in a lot of domestic violence cases with the victim not wanting to harm the assailant. Add big money in and you get some guy being given a pass for his actions. It is downright sickening.

If the dog suffered injuries that required a vet, then maybe they can get an animal cruelty charge to stick, but they probably won't go to the trouble without political pressure being applied.
