Like everyone on the planet, JR was mixture of good and bad.    Thank you for the Panthers JR.  Some may not like it, but the Carolina Panthers are your legacy.

Someone was going to bring a team to Charlotte, JR got it here first though, for sure, but there's no way it wasn't going to happen anyway.   And the PSL owners the ones that put up a large chunk.

Some people think that just because things are, that they were destined to be.  Anyone or someone else could have done it.  Hogwash.

Failed attempts and false starts don't make the history books.  Try taking the subway in Cincinnati sometime.

There are always other cities and other money men jockeying for a team.   Without Richardson, the expansion would have happened somewhere else. 

Richardson made the play, we got the team. 

There would be no PSL owners without Richardson.

Your  twisted logic  runs counter to basic cause and effect.

Its just not how life works.

PSL owners didn't do squat until after we were awarded a team. JR had to sell it and pay a ton up front.

Thank you Mr Richardson, we are not in court and people make mistakes so they can learn from them.  I love the Panthers and you gave us 2 SB appearances and made sound business decisions.

I think JR being a former NFL player went a long way in him being awarded the franchise.

Yep, which is why I really hope Tepper gets rid of that statue. Mister expressed his true feelings on how he feels about us, when that slur left his mouth. I should’ve expected it from him.

He gets some appreciation from me for bringing the team I root for into town, but any other praise or respect from me is a no go.
