If an owner has the right to be outspoken politically, then so should the players. 

Tepper is a guy who does not shy away from what he thinks or how he feels about something.  I wouldn't call him Mark Cuban, but be prepared to hear from him alot. 

But if an owner can be open about his political beliefs... then so should the players... uh oh.

I had to go to the stadium like 5 years ago for work, and i was inside the lower part talking to the person at the desk awaiting instructions/clearence. This was the part of the stadium no one gets to see, next to the locker rooms and the other stuff. We were parked near the loading zone next to players lot and a person came over to us freaking out about us moving our work vehicle because she was terrified Old Man Richardson woulsnt be able to get his vehicle out. He eventually came down and walked right by us to get in his X5 which was illegally parked inside the lower concourse. That stuff never bothered me, but ill tell you what did. The lady I was working with waved and smiled at Richardson. He looked right at her, like acknowledging her in a stern way and just looked at her and kept walking to his vehicle. Like he was to good to say hello or even lift his hand to wave at her. I’ll always remember that.

And this is why the NFL's decision to push Tepper through is strange.  He will obviously attract Trump's attention and place the Panthers right in the political mix.  I thought the NFL didn't want this attention...anyways...Liberal ass Charlotte will like him for his political stand, but the smaller cities in the Carolina's sure won't!

Most politicians are creeps, crooks and corrupt....Trump has been a TV personality for the last 10 years and he is addicted to social media...this is why the media eats him alive...along with the fact he is mentally ill.

When it comes down to it - the NFL, as an organization, does not care what Trump has to say about the league. They are doing fine, and will be doing fine when he is no longer president. Now, some of the owners may care what DT has to say, mainly because they dont want to upset their very powerful friend. 

Not accusing u of this, but its funny to me when Trumpers accuse anyone who criticizes trump for something has has said or done as being a liberal. There are, ya know, some conservatives out there with integrity and dont blindly approve of everything the GOP does.

Tepper is now the second wealthiest owner in the league, only behind Paul Allen. Happy to have that type of money on our side.
