Here is what you need to realize:

2. Sound bites are all we have to go on.  From all I have read, he is a straight shooter.  He does not say something that contradicts who he is.  We all realize that we are piecing together a puzzle, but I believe someone until they give me no reason to--.

3. Many people do not value character and honesty--but many do.  So if you think these things do not relate to Ws, as you say, it leaves me to believe that you have never been part of a winning organization.   Fish rots from the head.

His politics and his decisions are based on....ethics, values, and character.  His football IQ is not even that important, since he is running a business, not football operations, but I get what you are saying.  Corrupt owners are more likely to make decisions based on greed or hidden agendas.  Dishonest owners can not be trusted and they create a culture of stress and anxiety.  A man with integrity--even if he is moody--makes sound decisions and the vision of the organization is usually pretty clear.
