Brings to mind the images you see on TV shows of people delivering ransoms or engaging in illicit activities.

This one would be virtual of course, but the image of numbers changing on a computer screen is far less interesting :)

When I was in Iraq I was tasked with guarding the boss of one of the foreign contractors doing work in country. They were all paid in cash money from the USA. This guy carried around 2.2 million in sealed US currency all day. I have pictures of me holding it up. 2.2 million dollars filled up 2 giant extra large briefcases, and weighed about 65 pounds.

So 2.2 million is 65 pounds...

Man, the exchange rate in Great Britain is killer :fear:

(I'll show myself out)

Looks like about 1.2 billion.  I think he owns 48%

JR doesn't own 48% he and his family does.  (i know I'm being picky)  So his wife and son are a reasonable part of the 48% so Jerry probably gets 33-40% of sale price.  Take out his initial investment and any capital improvements. and he will likely see 1b of that.  IT could be less because his other son who passed owned part also and his part was sold outside the family.
