The biggest problem with Richardson was that he rewarded loyalty over performance.

What's the source of the comment about moving the Stadium?  And has anyone said what would happen to the current PSL owners?

Couple of different sources have said that Tepper was on board with getting a new stadium for the revenue that could be generated by stuff like parking. Sabates was the latest.

My big wonder is whether Tepper would want a dome or not. You get more revenue out of a some but the Steelers are an open air team.

If I had to guess, the money will be the bigger factor.
