Glad the hot takes of three atheletes can completely undermine everything it took me 7 years of university education to learn. There’s a reason they have strength and conditioning coaches. Being an athlete doesn’t make you a movement science expert.

I'm still waiting Doctorate.. I name 2 players where it didn't work.. You've named ......

Crickets...

You know what since there are anatomy doctoral recipients in here..

How many athletes can you name that made dramatic changes in weight and mass that also kept or increased their explosiveness/athleticism?

Caveat = we are talking more than 5 to 10 pounds.. We're talking about actually noticable changes to their body beyond growing with age and maturity and was still the same explosive athlete or better (vertical,  speed, agility) wise before the body change.

Don't worry I'll wait.

No dropping caveats after you make a general statement. Be specific originally as to not have to recant what you have already boldly proclaimed.

Because you will act like I'm talking about gaining 5 pounds is a body change.. right.. lol

Gets some balls 20 pounds or more mass added where that person didn't lose any athleticism..

I'm waiting on some names..

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought when one intentionally combines resistance training with plyometrics that at worse the speed loss is negligible.

While the skeletal muscles are being worked through resistance training, the fast-twitch muscles are being worked through plyo to maintain agility and speed.

With that in mind, adding five pounds or so shouldn't be a big deal. I can see how this would be an issue if Moore added 20 pounds of mass but for intents in purposes this seems like a bunch of hullabaloo.

Reality check ..

Moo goo guy pan brought a conversation from another thread into this one without expressing the context or the actual opinion in the 1st place..

Some of you bandwagon bitches tried to jump on his coat tails like good little girls. Without having a clue of the actual disagreement or parameter of said conversation. .. Obviously over a dislike of me in which I don't give a fug.

Now either you will post drivel filler with no dispute to the actual opinion.. Attack me in which I don't give a fug type words from pussies don't move me.. Or try to scapegoat to some variable degree or take words out of context to make yourself seem right...

Either way you're wrong..

Or you can name players who had "dramatic" body changes (20 pounds or more of added muscle) and either gain or didn't lose any of their original athleticism..

And make me wrong..let's see what you clowns choose to do...
