I’ve never seen anything like this before

When you’re playing with QBs that shouldn’t be on a D1 roster you’re kinda forced to excel with short routes because they simply can’t get you the ball down the field.

I’m not ready to write Moore off as simply a short route YAC guy as a rookie.

4 WO 1 RB package

Needs only 1 play.

Moore, Smith, Curtis and Byrd on fo routes.

CMC as the underneath dump off.

I call it the stretch n gut play.

Which NFL team can handle 4 WO with 4.4 or under speed and no LB will be able to handle CMC 1v1.

The play will gain a minimum of 10 yds or possibly 20 or more.

With speed, we can counter D rush speed with a speed WO package and a playmaker in a RB.

Gl NFL d coordinators with their green dog blitz bc CMC will be waiting for the short to carry it to the house.

Right...Steve smith said he'd spent time with him and he could run every route he was just limited in games by his QBs... plus we all saw norv putting him through the route tree...I think people are going to be surprised once he gets out there with Cam. It's nice to be able to feel excited about our receiving corp for once

Dude, you are vastly underappreciating Moore. As a Big Ten fan, I saw lots of this kid. He absolutely can burn you.

I say, it is a testament to his character that he never once complained about how he was treated. He played almost every snap, ran EVERY route, blocked, and in general, worked his butt off.

He is Golden Tate, with a bit more speed. And I do mean speed. He absolutely can get deep.

I can almost promise you. This kid is going to make you love him.

Golden Tate isn’t Torrey Smith

I agree, on both accounts.

You guys already have a killer offense. Better hope the guy you moved up to draft is worth it. The NFC South ain't UT-San Antonio!!

Our defense has been average since 2015. We got some pressure/sacks last year but defense as a whole was a failure. They just could not stop NO.

No one stops NO. You just have to slow them down and then score, score, score.

As long as Brees is there, that's going to be our only hope.

We can do that now.

    • I want to throw in how much easier it is for a QB to develop and improve with a good oline.  Huge credit to the front office for spending the money on our two guards.  Cade Mays also had a 2nd really good game starting at center.  Love how he has developed and hope he's the real deal. Look at what Stroud is dealing with now in Houston after injuries and problems with their oline.  Strouds accuracy has been greatly affected as it seems like he doesn't trust his protection. Canales is doing a great job developing Bryce.  I think the QB whisperer might be for real. And obviously big props to Bryce.  First round pick that looks horrible in his first year.  Different coaches and systems.  Fans and media are calling him the biggest bust in NFL history and he looked like it in the first two games this year.  Gets benched.  Young man keep his cool and just continued to work and only worry about what he can control.  I hope things continue like this and we end up with a great success story. Bryce Young kept pounding.
    • Outside of Philly (who currently is #3 in pass defense) the rest of our remaining opponents are bottom 1/3 of the League in that regard.  Let's see what Bryce can do versus bad pass Ds.
