Even before the draft it was a bad idea. Now it would do nothing but cause strife in the locker room.

The Dezless Cowboys ditched him like a griping mother-in-law at a highway rest stop. The rest of the league seems satisfied that he has bus fare home. Let's just wish him luck, roll up the windows and not look back until we hit the state line.

If we didn’t get a WR in the draft I would say yes but I say we’re good at that position.

No. Why would we? It would just take away snaps from other young WRs such as Moore and Samuel. I still think Byrd could offer something to the team and Wright is a solid 3rd down threat. Funchess will be our #1 WR while Moore and Smith will fight for the #2 spot. Where would we need Dez?

If we had that much extra to throw at Dez, I would have much rather put that towards a Norwell contract. But that's over and done with now...
