Getting tired of the NFL as it is. If the new owners start fuggin with the name and the whole identity of this franchise, and I may just move on.

Rebranding is more a sure thing than anything. New owners will want to put their own flavor on the team. Not to mention instant $$$ from everybody buying new merch.

 

Next year expect a slightly new logo and tone.

Flight was actually an option for the bobcats. The marketing guy came on fnz and explained why it would not work.

Key on that word "slightly".

Tweaks to the uniforms, logistics, etc are possible. Heck, that happens without ownership changes.

But no, they're not renaming the team.
