Now what are your predictions for the Season?

I was thinking 7-9 before the Draft. I'm going to go out on a limb and say 8-8. Any other thoughts?

Until we do it, 7-9.  We couldn't even have back to back winning seasons after a 15-1 season with a super bowl appearance, I don't see the holes immediately filled.  I pray I'm wrong, but we always get smashed by the injury bug and get cursed by ron wussing out in tight games in seasons like this.

Who knows? I think Norv will really help our offense, but I'm still nervous about our secondary and pass rush. If Father Time catches Peppers this year our D could be in trouble. If we aren't getting to the QB our secondary will probably get picked apart again. Then there's the injury factor. Getting lucky or unlucky with the injury bug makes and breaks teams every season.

Good year last year so it time for a bad one....6 and 10.

If we even go 9-7 and miss the playoffs, thats still a garguantuan 20+ year trend being broken in no back to back winning seasons.

It would be incredibly impressive if we manage to string together another 12-4 or 11-5 type showing.
