Because I don't know WHO the problem is with, I put "Other". I don't know how much leverage Jake has in calling plays, or if that resides with the OC only. Regardless, I truly believe (and have been saying this for a long time now) that our biggest problem is our predictability, followed closely by the lack of imagination on offense. We make that worse by not using our best weapons properly. We hardly ever do an end around, much less a reverse. I love fleas flickers, but not the one we run, there are several good variations that we could try, but we never will!

Our special teams are anything but, we don't pressure the punter, we don't try any wrinkles on kick returns, we don't attempt any surprises. So, just like on offense, we don't give the other teams much to think about, thus, they don't have to prepare for anything other than what they KNOW is coming!.

I think if we could address some of those issues, it would relieve a lot of pressure on the defense, and they could maybe take some chances that they ordinarily won't take, that might result in big plays (sacks/turnovers).

In summary, I don't think we're that bad, we just continue to be our own worse enemy. We need to put the "balls" back in our football schemes!
