The thing is I could see Marty moving up in round 2.  Maybe not but like Igo was saying it would make a lot of sense.  

I think Browns want a RB but a move up that lands up Josh Jackson or a safety.  Would be nice.

Carter is faster than most of the CBs in this draft.  Unreal athlete.
