We have Funchess, CMC, Samuel. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't go wr till 3rd. Oh and we got Greg's Olsen for 3 more years

Yes, but CMC is a RB, and I agree that he is a weapon.  Samuel is unproven.  We need a #1 WR even if only to draw their best CB away from Funchess.  The only round we can find a WR that is not "more of what we already have on the roster" is the first.  We are about to find out--around 10 pm.  I am still thinking we either take Ridley or moore or trade back if we can.

Even if we signed Olsen, that does not mean Hurst is totally out of the picture--he is still an offensive weapon, but I doubt we go TE until the third--probably the fifth.

Why not draft defense in the 1st? Linebacker is a need, pass rusher is a huge need and secondary is Another big need. Defense will always win titles

I think we would if a player would fall to us--I just don't see it.  A terrible year for 4-3 DEs.

we are NOT OK at CB & much better off at WR...we also need OL help bad

I disagree with cb. Bradberry is still young and although he had an off year in a new system he is atleast a solid #2 cb. Cockrell is very underrated and is a great zone CB which is the system we run. So we may not have 2 all star CBs we have 2 solid starters with a mix of experience and youth at nickel/back up. I do worry about safety though.

Offensive line is going to be a problem. We need to get a replacement for Ryan Kalil. I feel we can have Moton play guard but wouldn’t mind drafting a ol in mid rounds.

I wouldn’t mind a Wr but I feel we can get by with the current WR we have. We are way better than last year at the position.

Unless someone drops a ton, 4-3 DEs are much better next year. After the Clemson DEs and DT went back to school, the 1st round DL talent dried up.

I know who you are talking about...but remember Kevin Dodd came out and went to Titans. Has he did anything yet? I'm tryna see if they are actually studs or just good  in college. Just like that Lb Ben Boulware.

I don't trust FSU DEs either...LOL

Ridley is growing on me.

Ridley's a good WR and the best one from this class.

The issue I have is his age. Market share does not speak well for 24 year old rookies in value and projection.

Plus, he's a tier below a Julio or AJ Green type prospect, so I'm a bit skeptical on that front.

According to my source rd one is 100% a wr . RIDLEY ,KIRK OR DJ MOORE , only exception is if all 3 of these players are taken then we will go with a corner or trade back .

Your source is garbage. Just saying

If we draft a linebacker in the first rd I'll lose my mind ha. Yeah TD has a suspension but we drafted Shaq in the first rd to replace him...time for him to step up since he'll get 4 games to be the starter. 5th rd or whatever for depth fine, but Rivera and company have had good success finding capable linebackers.

You don't get Julio/AJ Green caliber prospects at #24. Those types usually go top 5 and virtually always go top 10. You probably don't get Ridley caliber unless he's 25 years old. Who knows? We may still not even then.

I really don’t see how this age thing hurts him. If he wasn’t pro ready then ok I get it but he is...

We drafted a young Funchess and he’s needed 3+ years to show anything. Let’s say Funchess shows a little more this season, sweet, now he’s due a new contract.

With Ridley you’re getting a pro ready WR for the next 4 years with a 5th year option for cheap. Ridley is exactly what we need.

If he becomes a Marvin Harrison, that'll do.

I think Ridley is a good fit for us.
