I certainly don't, although that is probably because my handwriting is so bad, that even I can't read it sometimes.

Hurney not being the GM long term isn't really an issue. The Panthers will have a lot of time to find a good candidate. Though maybe for the first time ever I'm worried about Ron being fired. I don't know who the Panthers could replace him with.

Guy who used to work for the team told me that the football operations and the business operations are in different parts of the stadium, so he believes it's plausible that no one on the football side (coaches, players, etc) would have been aware.

Norv Turner is on staff right now. Not saying I want it to happen, but that likely be the likely option short-term.

The fact that he communicated mostly by handwritten notes was established long before this.

There's lots of good GM options.

Rivera though?  Realistically you can't fire a coaching staff now.  He's got at least this year.

After that though, who knows?

I really don't see him taking on head coaching duties again.

I had a manager who told me several years ago, that he didn't consider email an official form of communication.  I was baffled and then realized he was both old, and old school.
