Her accusation that people in upper management knew about this and even witnessed it is a pretty big deal.

We have no context as far as when any of this occurred, so no way to know who all that involves, but I'd say the chances that the organization is in for a housecleaning under new ownership just went way up.

And yeah, that could mean Rivera too.
