From what I gather she spoke out after JR talked to the other owners.  

Look at it like this, JR got to tell his side in the "investigation" but she could not.  Now she is.

So Rivera is a bad guy for calling the team to say " Mr Richardson " during the huddle break when he and they realize it is probably the last game they will ever play under his employ?  When he probably had No idea if any of these allegations were true or not ?

The real annoying thing about the team huddle is that Ron could have easily given a generic "I don't know anything about the investigation as I'm not involved, but I do know Jerry is a great and generous blah blah" and just kept it rolling but this bozo had to force the players into support and steamroll accusations he (allegedly) knew nothing about.
