And she's actually trying to get out of the NDA now.  It's not as simple as giving the money back.

That's the problem with our twitter driven society, everyone wants a 150 letter hot takes. Any lawyer would always tell a defendant or person under investigation to keep their fugging mouth shut.

I understand that you are family man, and that you empathize with the victim. Thats respectable, and I have zero qualms against that. I respect you for that.

My concerns lie with the fact that she brings up standing up for women and African americans in her note, but when had the chance to do so when this originally occurred, she took money and remained quiet. There is not doubt she is a victim, and went through some eery poo. However, when she the moment to stand up and be brave, she didnt. It's as if her motive has changed now. 

 

Due to this action her message will not do anything but get click on a  website, a few forums posts, and maybe a couple lines on ESPN. In two weeks, this is will be nothing. 

The problem is that she is too late to have an impact. She should of gone public, and sued JR when it happened.
