Josh Rosen let it all fly out there. Calls out all the High School players that were above him. Says he'll still be in the NFL in the long run.

I back what he says

gotta have that cocky arrogance

just need to be able to fake it and appear to be humble like drew brees and russel wilson. Wverything that comes out of their mouth is PR friendly and its a learned skill. I can see right through that bullshit but its effective and good for them

and good for josh being honest and not playing that PR bullshit. Its about what you say and how you say and the act that follows instead of actually being genuine

I remember running out to my first practice at UCLA. Rosen was already on the field warming up and my jaw dropped: “How is this kid 18?”. His arm talent is something to behold in person. Not a doubt in my mind he will be the most successful quarterback in this draft if he can remain healthy which is a legitimate concern with him. He took a beating behind his offensive line in college. Hoping wherever he goes he has a decent front 5 supporting him.

If anyone criticised Rosen for this you better have the same opinion of Cam

Cam is the most genuine interviewer there is imo no matter what he says he always gives off what he really thinks. He cant hide it well.

Its not the best thing for PR  to be real like Cam. these guys with killer insticts yet appear to the nicest soundest guy in the room and say all the right things with a smile yet are completly full of themselves..  im pretty sure they are sociopaths. And even then, for an NFL QB you kinda gotta be a sociopath

killer competitive instinct

full control of others

fake af to benifit themselves

hiding who they really are

sounds like an NFL QB to me

Not saying he's Aaron Rodgers but Rodgers dropped for similar reasons and Rodgers been liking everything Rosen tweets about.

Honestly he's outspoken but it's stupid that some gms will knock him because he's anti trump in a serious but joking manner.

With us having Cam we should have no problem with a qb being brash and in your face.

Most NFL level QBs are a tad cocky.  That's not unusual.

Naming names of guys you used to back up to say you're better than them might be a bit much.

He did?

i thought he was naming other hot shot QBs with all the hype to be better than him that he outlasted, which supports his argument that he will be a top QB in a few years regardless of what others are hyping

hea just gunna still be standing at the top

He was using past examples to help support his prediction of the future. He didnt lie and he was prompted to answer that question and give aome dialog to support it

these guys are poked and proded so much and are so heavily and mentally examined that they are bound to say something un PR when they are just being honest in their mind as to what they are thinking

then turds take that one quote and define him

smdfh.  Context people. Context. Consider all variables

He was naming guys that he used to back up that he says are "nowhere" now.

And yeah, that strikes me as just a tad petty, a little immature.

Granted, immature isn't exactly all that unusual in a college kid.
