Buffalo Winnable

Arizona Winnable

New Orleans Not so much

Atlanta Winnable

Miami Winnable

NY Jets Winnable

Tampa Bay Winnable

New England No

Minnesota Probably not

NY Giants I doubt it

New Orleans Winnable

9-7 is very realistic but not likely. The running game and defense will allow the Panthers to be competative in almost every game. Only the Saints, Patriots, Giants and Vikings are truely out of their at this point in the season. However, if Farve has a repeat at the end of the season the way he did last year then that game could become a winnable game as I don't trust AP to not turn the ball over.

Anything less than 7-9 will get Fox fired. 7-9 to 9-7 is a question mark. 10-6 he's safe even without the playoffs.

As far as a real prediction...come on. Since when have the Panthers in any season been predicable?

NY Jets loss

Tampa Bay win

NY Giants win

New Orleans loss

8-8

Damn thats even being optimistic. Begining of the season i said 7-9 to 9-7. Right now I could see anything as low as 5-11 to as high as 10-6. Buffalo and Arizona have to be wins otherwise demolition occurs.

Steve's comments today were pretty damning if you ask me. He has never said anything to the effect of "he doesn't feel like he is an asset to the team." This team is falling apart in every direction you look and it is because of THREE MEN...Jake Delhomme, John Fox, and Marty Hurney. Delhomme's piss poor play has divided the team because they know they aren't any good with him as the QB.

Because of the talent we have on the team that will carry Jake in some games I am saying we go 6-10.

Buffalo - W

Arizona - L

New Orleans - L

Atlanta - W

Miami - W

NY Jets - L

Tampa Bay - W

New England - L

Minnesota - L

NY Giants - L

New Orleans - L

I am pretty much going to guarantee that we lose our last 4 in a row. Those are arguably 4 of the best 6 or 7 teams in the league right now. They are going to pummel us during that stretch at the end of the season because they are going to want home-field advantage. We will be essentially out of the playoff race by then.

But lets look on the bright side...at least we won't have this piss poor, underachieving, overly-loyal regime running this team anymore.

The last 3 games of the season it is very likely that those teams will have locked up their divisions and won't be playing as hard as they probably would. We will not be playing giants this year with Home field on the line. New orleans will be at home which New orleans is much better at home and the vikings will have TJ in because they want to keep Favre fresh for the playoffs. Those three games that might seem unwinnable become winnable.

Besides the New England and first New Orleans game i think all of them are winnable. Best case scenario we go 9-2 finishing the season 11-5. Worse case scenario we go 2-9 and finish the season 4-12.

Our team is bipolar. they haven't set in their personality and make mistakes to lose games. I do not believe we will be like this all season. I do feel there is something there that just hasn't clicked yet. I say we finish 10-6.

Buffalo, Arizona, Miami, Tampa and NYJ are all winnable games. If we can get better ST play, stop turning the effing ball over so much, and continue to run the ball with success, we can win those games. Also, I think any game within the division is a little less predictable than outside of it. Any time you put heated rivals on the same field, anything can happen.

We get to play Tampa again, and I don't think Buffalo will be that bad because they've just won a very emotional game.

That makes me think 4 wins, but the Panthers will find a way to steal another one in another ugly win. Maybe the Jets. 5-11.

be careful with guarantees. sure home field advantage is worth playing for, but it can also be locked up before the last week and since the saints already beat the giants, there is a very good chance we can win the last game with brees sitting most of the game. they will not put him out there facing our defense pissed off about a losing season trying to make a statement in the final game of the season. i think we win that one and go 5-11 on the season.

7-9 at least, we have never gone worse under Fox. I beleive we win against Buffalo, @Arizona, Atlanta, Miami, @NYJ (No Jenks for a while) TB, and 1 of the last 3 because the other teams will have it wrapped up. To actually get to 9-7.

you can forget @arizona and the atlanta game. we aren't even close to those teams. ryan will blitz the hell out of jake and force several turnovers. even with jenkins, we still lose that game as well.

I want some of whatever you guys who think we stand a snowballs chance in hell of beating Atlanta & Miami are smoking.

Outside of Buffalo, Tampa, and maybe the Jets there's not another win on that schedule.

IF NO has it all sewn up by week 17 they might coast but I think its more likely they come to a division game ready to play and beat the poo out of us.

The Panthers might not beat Atlanta and Miami but they are winnable games. So is the Arizona game. The Panthers are not as bad as many of you make them out to be. The only problem is that Delhomme is probably worse than many of you make him out to be and we all know the feeling we have of Delhomme.

I can't speak for other poster but my post said that there were 7 winnable games left on the schedule...how many of those winnable games will be won? Maybe none but that doesn't make them un-winnable.
