DJ Moore is good at making things happen after the catch and would probably be dominant in the short passing game and contribute inside right away, more than Curtis Samuel for sure. Then he'd move to the outside by his second year and be a full time WR. 

Both would be great for Cam and fit a huge need. I like both and don't mind either in the first round since they'd probably both start for us real fast and be good players. 

Washington  is going to be a bust.. He is stiff hands are iffy and his 4.5 speed isn't scaring any secondary  .
