Gettleman more or less has one terrible draft and people feel nothing but to crucify him, I for one believe he was a human being that makes mistakes but overall his time here was fruitful....

Butler was a headscratcher, even at the time. Made absolutely no sense to me. And then 2 and 3 were reaches, despite their claiming otherwise, to replace Norman. 

Bradberry panned out and is a good quality starter, everyone else sucks.

They crucified the actual, literal Jesus Christ. Why does Gettleman deserve better?

Kidding aside, Gettleman was an absolute disaster who set this franchise back five years at least with his idiot fiddling. He thought he was a chess grandmaster but he was a checkers chump. Adieu, king bozo. Adults are back in the room.
