Fox on Delhomme’s struggles “It doesn’t matter,”

if Fox turns this season into a winning season, even if the Panthers don't make the playoffs (I can't imagine the team doing better than 9-7, and even that feels like a stretch), I don't think he is fired. 7-9 or 8-8 may not lead to him being fired either...

Where do you see 7,6 or even 5 wins?

Buffalo

Arizona

New Orleans

Atlanta

Miami

NY Jets

Tampa Bay

New England

Minnesota

NY Giants

New Orleans

I see 2 wins the rest of the season, maybe 3 if New Orleans doesn't need a win at the end of the season.

Oh wow fox we beat one of the bottom three teams in the NFL and delhommes so great he could not get a paltry 100 yards passing while the backs gave him a great running threat to complement him.

Delhomme is basuda. Let me repeat that. BASUDA, and everybody realizes it but you, foxy.

i think he does. why else would they be treating him like a rookie QB and limiting his throws(turnovers)?

he just doesn't want to admit to a mistake. i don't expect he ever will. same with hurney.

both those clowns should be on the next short bus out of town and their buddy jake in the seat behind them.

that game was flat out embarrassing.

Buffalo, Arizona, Atlanta, Miami, NYJ, TB, are all games that are winnable. I also think that one of the last four games can be a win (and I would not be surprised if we split the series with the Saints this season, because that game will be played hard no matter the record). Realistically, though, I think we can get 2-3 wins out of the rest of the season if nothing improves.

If we win in Buffalo and Arizona, then momentum will be huge. If by that point we have a decent passing attack, then I think we can make a decent run out of the rest of the season. Our defense is probably only going to improve. If the O-line can build on today's victory, then this team can have a legitimate chance at a winning record. But that will all depend on if they can get an air attack somehow... which I think is unlikely =\

And we will squeak one out against NO. I know that sounds crazy but if you look at the history in our division it is tough to beat opponents twice in a year. NO will fall from their tree at some point and if we can get the run going it will keep you know who off the field.
