He is 27. Other than that he is no different than Stew. We should stick with drafting a rb. Someone is gonna give him more money than he is worth after the draft.

not happening. rather stick with CAP then waste a high pick on a RB. I don't think it's in their cards anyways. If someone is there with the later third round pick, then so be it.

whatever team signs him, he will go HAM.

anyone know were our cap space is sitting? I'm guessing around 4 Mil?

we are 30th out of 32 teams in available cap space.  We have around 3m not counting draft picks and Searcy (according to sportrac).

What’s not happening? Drafting a running back? Possibly not, but I wouldn’t say it’s not happening. I agree that a rb shouldnt be one of our first two picks tho. There’s gonna be good value at that position in round 3 as well as day 3.

We can easily free up more cap room by releasing Russell Shepard and restructuring Ryan Kaili and/or Kwann Short.

I think he’d be a great signing depending on money. Frees us to draft another position of need. Sign CJ and draft Mark Walton to replace Fozzy.

CJ would fit us perfectly. He was cut so he wouldn't count against comp pick formula. I think Hurney has significant interest in CJ.
