Jordan Gross, Jason Baker and Dante Wesley will announce Carolina Panthers’ picks on Days 2 and 3 of the draft

According to Bryan Strickland of Panthers.com, three former Panthers will be in Dallas to announce the team’s picks beginning in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Three former Panthers will announce the arrival of new Panthers at the 2018 NFL Draft. Offensive tackle Jordan Gross and punter Jason Baker will do the honors at the Cowboys’ home stadium on the second day of the draft April 27, and cornerback Dante Wesley will announce Carolina’s final choices the next day.

Gross will step to the podium and announce the second-round selection (No. 55) before Baker announces a pair of third-round selections (Nos. 85 and 88). Wesley will wrap things up the next day by announcing Carolina’s seventh-rounders (Nos. 234 and 242).

heh Wesley is a curious choice given the circumstances leading up to his departure.  I always thought it was a flagrantly illegal hit, but not a dirty one.  He just mistimed it.
