Wilmingtonians will get this. I was walking down the middle of Wrightsville Avenue with a case of Budweiser in each hand at 7 AM after visiting Buffaloe's, still wasted on several hits of acid. When I told Officer Bob I lived "Right over there", he told me to go home and stay there.

By "the middle of Wrightsville Ave", I was literally using the yellow line as a focal point. Cars were lined up behind me, but not at all angry about my lane usage. They were quite supportive.
