true, and depressing, because I want to trade back, but if a QB falls to 24, anything can happen.

The only hope is that someone falls that we don't want, but a team at the top of the 2nd is in love with.  Usually you look at QB, but the only high level QB I see any possibility of being there is Jackson (and even then the chances are very slim), but most of the team with high second round picks would have already taken a QB in the early 1st.

I just don't know who could fall that would entice a team high in the 2nd to give up good picks to move up for.

Reid is not a first rounder. If James falls in our lap i'll get naked

I'd love James, but don't think there is chance in hell he drops to us.  If he starts to drop at all, someone will move up into the late teens to snag him.  Heck, if he starts to drop, I wouldn't be upset to use one of our own 3rd's to move up to get him.

every time hurney trades back, its the ultimate garbage and a wasted draft. we need someone to fall like a james so he can hit a home run.

Yeah that would be great but I haven't seen but one mock that has him dropping out of top 15. I don't think we have even had a visit with him. If that doesn't happen he definitely isn't coming here.

I'd keep an eye on the Giants.

We know Gettleman likes linemen.  Maybe he takes Chubb at 2.

We also know Gettleman ain't afraid of moving up.  Giants also have a lot of picks (2, 34, 66, 69, 108, 135, 139  etc.) Maybe he want's Rudolph to groom behind Eli and he wants that 5-year contract, but he's worried about the Steelers and Saints behind us but ahead of him.  I'd take 34 and 66 for 24.
