Long story short, Navarro - a man I had never heard of before this process - is apparently the guy. Kestenbaum was out shortly after Tepper (though kept on the string), and Black was the last "competitor" to Navarro. But again, was more or less a foregone conclusion at a certain point.

Yeah.... tommow will be 9 days since the whole “Tepper our/Teppers in” fiasco. I fully expected it to be leaked Navarro preliminarily won the bidding yesterday.
