That pick six really pissed me off and it was all Jakes' fault, but I still say we need another fast WR because nobody is getting open consistently. I love Moose and he's a great blocker, but he's basically just another TE these days instead of a legit WR. If opponents were really worried about him they wouldn't be rolling the coverage to Steve Smith every week.

Because we could have easily lost and guess who would have gotten the blame? No it is time to move on, and if the only reason Jake is still on the field is because of money, then the season is lost. I'd rather see what Moore can do at this point. He can't do any worse.

Why exactly does Jake get special treatment? We didn't waste a draft pick on him or trade poo for him. Yes, I know the fat contract, but even before that...who the hell gets a contract like that after choking in the playoffs? Why can't we just promote somebody from the bench, or look in the trash can that is free agency and find a new qb...you know, same place where we found our now starter? These coaches make everything look so difficult. Is it really that hard to see that we won today despite Jake? If something's not working, you fix it. I guess that makes too much sense though.

Even if you take away game 1 thats 5 in 4 games...

Lets get real... Its the same pathetic predictable monkey sh!t we've been watching for a long time. We outplayed, outclassed and had more talent than the Bucs but squeaked out a win. Everyone here knew we could 'choke' that game away no problem. Jake is old, his finger nails iz dirty, hes slow, and he plays in Fox's rediculous, antiquated and not to be confused with meticulous offense. How in the fk do you have the talent we have and put on a display like that.... You have a player like Smitty and you cant get him the ball?... come on now!... It was ugly and prepare yourselves to drink more swill... I am pesimistic because I am an optomist with all the facts...

I've stop blaming the WR it is Jake. Should we now prepare too have Jake throw 1-2 -3 int's a game now?

example 1. Roddy white a bust until he got a real QB.

Example 2. Sid Rice bust got a QB stud

Maybe if we got a QB we can use more weapons like Jarret, KMoore, and Tight ends instead of forcing the ball too a triple covered Smith.

Yeah, this game was reminiscent (sp?) of the Raiders game last year. We won the game purely based on our run game. What'd jake finish with, 65 yards a td and 2 pics? Comon, seriously? He also overthrew Smith twice when he had a step on the corner

I remember telling my wife that Moore could of led the TD drive late in the game. I mean all he had to do was hand the ball off. They wouldn't let jake throw it hardly at all on that final drive. I didn't see a play today that Matt Moore couldn't have made that Jake did, he's younger and just as physically talented. The only knock on Moore is his inexperience and leadership ability. At 2-3 and almost no chance of catching New Orleans or even the wildcard teams I say we let him start a few games and see what he has got.

The playoffs are not yet out of sight, but I don't think we'll make it there with Jake.

But maybe next week, Jake will turn the corner and find his rhythm... I just want to see him team do well, and I'd love for it to be with Jake, he just doesn't seem like he has "it" any more.
