The more I think about this, the more I realize I don't really care.  Hate to see it for TD, but I am not really a fan of individual players, just a fan of the team.  And I don't think it won't hurt the team that much, and might even help a little as we give his replacements a chance to show what they have.

What a bunch of bitches. This guy has overcome 3 ACL tears. The last one was a double knee surgery. Both knees needed to be rehabbed. He did it because he loves this team and this game. He will never play anywhere else.

So basically you’re saying because he’s a Panthers legend he should be unaccountable for what he does? You’re being sentimental. He has been well paid and treated well. From what I read, you really only want to take an estrogen blocker when you have really high T.  The fact that TD is 35, I'd think his testosterone wouldn't need to take an estrogen blocker, but apparently he's been taking it for years?  His story is questionable, but I really don't know enough about it to cast judgement.

Most likely similar to what Jon Jones got suspended for in the UFC. My guess is the NFL added it to the list this year, and Davis nor his agent bothered to read the list.

Not that great or it wouldn't have took Davis getting suspended for him to start. Anyone thinking this defense will be the same or better with Shaq I hate to tell you keep lying to yourself because it's not happening. This defense just took a big hit.

Shaq started 14 games last year.  The two he missed were due to injury.    He actually played fairly well last year, albeit it quietly.  Made some mistakes, but it happens.  

 

This will not be time for Thompson.  Barring injury, he will be on the field with or without Davis.  This will be a test for whomever is next in the lineup, probably Mayo.

 I mean ST isn’t in the same league as TD was in his prime. Sooner or later we have to play him though and at this point TD isn’t going to suddenly start improving. We have to live in the now and ST was a first round investment who has been underused because he couldn’t displace TD.

The notion that he is effective as some kind of hybrid safety doesn’t hold much truth as far as I’m concerned.

Drafting a LB isn't that bad of an idea. I just don't want it happening in the first unless it's a superstar. TD has declined and is gone after this year, Luke's concussions, and Shaq is mediocre.
