Smh.

This absolutely is why Cam needs to hurry to another team. This is completely and utterly false in every way.

Give me a break. You like to look at the numbers constantly. You can't cherry pick.

Show me how great of a quarterback he is when there's no threat of him using his legs. His completion percentage is subpar. Even now, when he has his legs, if teams take away his ability to be mobile, he doesn't come anywhere close to making them pay. Did you see the Super Bowl?

Get real and be honest.

This has nothing to do with people not appreciating him and "why Cam needs to hurry to another team." What a joke.

Be a realist for a minute and cut the bullshit.

Only if the team wants him to jump ship.  With the franchise tag option players very rarely leave if the team doesn't want them to.  Would he be willing to play on 2 one year deals?

The way things are going the franchise tag for a QB in a couple years will be 28-30 million.

Check how many times he scrambles.

And tell me again it’s his mobility. I’ve debunked all this last off-season but I’m more than willing to go and show you guys step by step again.

Oh, you debunked it?! Case closed, everyone!

By that Metric Sam Bradford should be the highest paid QB in the league. He had the best completion percentage in the league in 2016.

Oh wait. He had the most below 5 yard throws in the NFL as well that year?

Hmmm. Cam also had the most deep passes as well in 2016 by far.

Gee.

Panther fans will never truly appreciate who Cam actually is as a QB. Not one who scrambles and throws out of the pocket, but one who stands in the pocket and directs it like any other elite pocket passer, looks off safeties, and throws pretty darn good balls despite being in a very horrid scheme that makes it hard on him to throw easy passes

Saca just don't waste your time and effort.

This is low grade trolling.

On another note. How big of a loser do you have to be to spend a beautiful afternoon in April bashing your own QB that literally carried your favorite team to a winning record and a playoff berth the year before just because?

Hey, you know what smart guy, if Sam Bradford had his completion percentage and Cam's mobility, maybe he would be highly paid. But when he just has one and not the other, he's just... wait for it... Sam Bradford.

Now close your little eyes for a moment and imagine Cam Newton without his mobility and Cam Newton's completion percentage... who do you see? Someone you want to give another contract to?

If so, that's probably why you're who you are, a message board analyst, and not a guy who gives out contracts to NFL players.
