One guy actually needs to be replaced soon. The other guy doesn't. That's the difference.

Thats the difference. If the Panthers  or any team with a young QB drafts a QB in the first its to be the starter this year or next sorta like the Mahomes Smith deal in KC last season

Rudolph is a downfield passer in my opinion, not so much a replacement for Brady. I don't see him having the accuracy to hit all the crossing routes with the same precision that Brady does

Have you watched him play? He's really accurate on the short to intermediate stuff. James Washington was bailing him out more often than not on his deep balls. Most weren't great throws.

Jesus, you have so obviously not watched his games.  Idiot post.  He is accurate for a period of time as well.  Fug you man...back to the ignore list.

Will add we need to look at Ateman in day 3.  Play maker.

Are you attempting to communicate in English? It's sad that you can't attempt to convey a thought without insults and attacks, but seeing as how you can't actually put together a complete thought I guess that isn't surprising. Reading your posts lowers the collective IQ of this entire forum.

When i say downfield, I am referring to 10-25 yd stuff, not just the long ball.

The 5 yd crossing routes ala Brady is where I see him struggle.  I have watched game film, but only a couple of games live.  He seems more of a Norv Turner guy than a Belicik guy

I will break it down for your idiot mind...he has been accurate for multiple years (that is a period of time).  Last time I recognize you.  Buh bye.

Then that's what you should've said. You didn't.

I like Rudolph as a player, but if you think his deep ball is his strength then you either haven't watched him play much or you don't know what you're watching. His short to intermediate accuracy is his biggest strength as a passer.

Your biggest strength as a poster is your unintended comedy.

He is just a tick under Baker Mayfield in accuracy

I would not doubt we have 6 QB's taken in the first round.

Rudolph would be great in San Diego or Pittsburgh, learning behind their starters for a year or so

Would you say Cam has a problem with these shorter routes?  I don't see him having any problem with touch throws...not at all.  Mason is smart, has a NFL QB build and mentality and its proven over a few years in college.  He is a solid prospect and I'd put him against ANY of the QBs in the draft.

I would say it is hard to make the comparison to him and Cam.  Rivers, yes.  Much better passer than Cam, but then Cam is a much better athlete and can get yardage outside his arm.

The system again will be important, but the guy averaged about 370 per game and has more than enough movement to be a good QB at the next level.  I think Pittsburgh is as far as he will go and I think someone will jump back into the 1st round just ahead of the Steelers to get him
