Not a bad deal for either side.  Ravens get a cheap experienced backup, and RGIII gets a shot to prove himself.

Definitely on him too when you go above the coach to make sure you are playing so Cousins wouldn't steal his thunder.

RG3 probably shouldn't have been on the field when he got hurt the first time, but the reasons he failed thereafter were due to his own ego, brittle body, and lack of development. 

Dude couldn't make a second or third read in his progression before he had to take off running (like Kaepernick), and unlike CK, he's made of glass and refused to protect himself. The league figured him out his second year and he refused to adapt and progress as a QB. His own inflated ego got in his way. He also knocked up his side chick and had to divorce his wife to be with the other girl... so yeah. 

BUT, he's since kept a low profile, gotten healthy, and maybe he's been humbled. He'd be a solid back-up with potential to be better than Flacco.

Not saying RG3 is great, but he is def good enough to be a backup qb in this league. Hope he does well

I love this story honestly. I wish Kaep and Manziel can get another chance in the league. However, I think it is classless if you try to say it is collusion if a team didn't sign you. Maybe Kaep is better than, RG3, maybe he didn't fit what the Ravens needed? Maybe he wanted more money? Many factors here.
