Suspension and a fine. I, as a Panther fan, was completely embarrassed when I saw Dante Wesley perform that idiotic cheap shot, and then go on to argue with the official over the ejection call.

Completely retarded, and a totally 110% dirty hit. I don't care how bad Danny Crossman is. NFL players know better than that, and there's no excuse for that kind of hit. That guy could have been seriously injured, and I'm very thankful that he appeared to be alright.

As a Panthers fan I honestly hope it ends his season! That was one of those hits that leaves you honestly frightened for the man's life and perhaps a few millimeters to the left, right, up, or down it may very well have done so. The NFL is putting up serious funds into researching sports-related concussions and the long-term effects of such hits and the NFL is taking concussions more seriously than any other type of injury so I think they're going to make far more than just an example of the punk.

I think they'll go with 50k and a 6 game suspension if not more of both.

Honestly though what I really want to see the Panthers organization take up the sword of morality and fire his a$$!

I love it when you all go on your moral rants. 8 times out of 10 you would have done the same thing.

Since this is was a hit during a game, I can't say you would though considering most of you wouldn't have made it 10 yards by the time Wesley made it all the way down the field.

None the less, was a cheap shot and he deserves whatever the league determines. I don't know about a 2 game suspension, but if so then so be it.
