Apparently Shaq lost control of his car while trying to find his cell phone, hit former Duke QB Anthony Boone head on.

I think this happened his rookie year and the qb said he would pursue legal action...I guess it’s time now.

After reading his injuries Boone most likely will be awarded several hundred thousand. Hopefully Shaq had an umbrella policy. Everyone should buy one, just a piece of insurance advice.

Are you familiar with insurance policy procedures? I believe in the article it stated that Boone wasn't wearing his seat belt. Curious to know if that makes a difference on his injury claims? If any insurance or attorneys want to chime in that would be cool.
