I disagree with the premise of the question. All information - strength, speed, or intellect related - offer important information. It is just that none are absolutely dispositive. I would definitely hesitate to draft a QB who scored in the low teens on the Wonderlic. This is well below average and intellect does mater - especially at the QB position. Having said that, I would not have a rule that says under NO circumstances would I draft a QB who scores well below average.

All information has value.

Two different D-II programs and four D-I programs - as DBs coach, DC, or head.

I don't post my identity because I like to be able to speak freely and say things that might not be popular.

At least one person seems to have figured it out, though (it did not help that my teenage son registered under his real name) - and has been following me around pestering me because, I suspect, he went to a school with a rival program.
