excellent shitters but so very quiet. It’s almost like they are the same alts.

I dont have time for complete fools like yourself. Those who are cult members of the House of Gettlemen could never see that he left gaping holes in the team that can't be patched with the little money we had left for the roster. I'm no big fan of Hurney, but he has hit on most of what he could to patch the holes.  I will see what he does in the draft before I declare a mindless jihad on him like you.

What do you mean limited cap space? Gettleman just got this team into decent posistion and in a few weeks Hurney put us into cap hell again. I’m pretty sure we are actually in the negative right now. I am absolutely a panthers fan. I am not a fan of some overplayed glorified shitty radio host thinking he can GM a NFL team. Especially when there were much better, much more qualified people interviewed, to appease the Rooney Rule at that.

I don’t call the fourth least amount of cap space BEFORE all the dumpster diving middle of the road.

Looks at Kalil contract.... hmmmm....

So I am confused as to exactly what Hurney did that was so bad? Let us review:

  • He cut older players with bloated salaries ( Stewart, Coleman & Johnson).
  • He traded a player who was going to be cut any way for a receiver who can be cut with no cap hit.
  • He signed a replacement corner who turned out to have an undisclosed injury, so the contract was voided.
  • He signed a capable replacement, who is an upgrade from original player.
  • He brought in another receiver who is known as a clutch 3rd down receiver.
  • He let 2 players go in free agency who signed huge contracts that would have certainly put the team in "cap hell" (Star, and Norwell).
  • He brought in Poe to replace Star at a lower cap hit this season.
  • He brought in a decent safety to replace Coleman

So what exactly would you say that he should have done differently? You are so quick to say that he has brought in garbage players, and yet has put us in "cap hell", but have offered no alternatives. Who are these great players that are going to play for vet minimum that you covet?

Draft pick money is already allocated. If we were over the cap the league wouldn’t approve contracts. We can also still cut Shephard to make some cap room. If you look ahead to next year and the year after we’ve got the cap room to replace the retiring players and resign funchess and Shaq. Can you all stop being a bunch of Debby Downers?????
