Did the 2015 Carolina Panthers throw, piss away, sell out Super Bowl 50?

Going into the game the only chance Denver had was for Von Miller to go off. If Shula would have put as much emphasis on containing Miller as he put on stopping JJ Watt in the regular season I believe we win that game.

Even with Miller having a monster game, the Broncos still had every single break go their way. The fluke punt return and poor officiating comes to mind. Sometimes the ball just doesn’t bounce your way.

I'm tired of the " strip sack". First it was illegal contact to the qb's head (earholed), then a "strip sack". Von Miller also batted the ball to his teammate directly in front of Clete Blakeman the head ref.

It was just like the fixed 49ers playoff coronation at B of A, when the players see that the other guys can do anything they want, they too know the fix is in. What do you play for then?

Too this day, I still cannot understand why we left Oher and Remmers on an island against Ware and Von Miller. Oher held up admirably, but Remmers just got abused that game.

We ran too many pass plays also and played right into the strength of the Broncos defense (secondary and pass rush). Defense did a poor job of stopping the run and Ealy was really the only reason we were still in the game until the last few minutes.

We were fortunate that Miller only got home twice with the scheme Shula used and STUCK with. To be a little fair, the Broncos D was on an all-time run. They hit Brady 20 times the week before. You would think that would have set off a few alarms.

Cotchery dropped more passes in the SB than he did in two years combined. And all were crucial 1st downs. Tolbert fumble. Our punt coverage team went to commercial break a tad early and allowed a 60 yd return to gift them a FG. Gano misses easy FG(predictable). Philly gets hurt. Stew gets hurts. Questionable calls. Ginn tips an INT.

It’s an impressive display  of poor coaching, horrible execution, incompetent refs, and bad luck.

I honestly believe annihilating Arizona was the worst possible result for that team. I mean players were talking about how " great" the season was two days after that game. I think they got a little caught up in their own cinderella story. I know it sounds weird to say.

To make a long story short, that whole season was a magic carpet ride. But I never felt as though I was watching an unbeatable juggernaut. The clock struck midnight. The fairy tale ended. Denver was better.

Edit: Mostly Shula, though, to be honest.

I still have absolutely no idea what Cam was thinking. I just....yeah. Fair or not, he will never be able to to live that play down. Nor should he. Simply inexcusable.
