Richardson group should pay PSL owners

The psl contract is very clear.  You don’t get anything beyond the right to buy the tickets and a few other silly perks (like that stinky flag). It even details what happens if the team moves.  It’s iron clad.  Psl owners get nothing.  

It’d be cool if JR peeled off 500 mil but pretty lol to think he would.

I'm not a PSL owner but that makes excellent sense.  I've never understood the concept of PSL's.  I still wonder about the privilege to purchase tickets.  Go figure.  I usually have no problem getting tickets from some PSL owner.  I guess you could sell your PSL at a profit.

mostly because you think the sale of the team entitles you to a portion ($500M ?lol) of the sale.

 

so your argument is the psls were sold as a way to raise money to build the stadium. Well, the stadium is built. Your money did it’s job.

 

You will still own your fancy psl with the new ownership. Your seats are safe. Your money did it’s job.

 

im guessing you think anytime money changes hands you should automatically get a share of it. I bet you supported ole Bernie for prez didn’t you.

You are missing the point. JR is getting a markup on the sale price off the PSL owners. So he should pay us. Not only from selling the stadium but guareenteed revenue.

Look I’m trying not to call you a delusional fool. You don’t actually believe that do you?

 

im a business owner myself. I charge markup. I send a dude who is happy to make $10/hr out to do grunt work and charge $85/hr for him. Then I markup the materials he uses. I hire subcontractors and bill the customers anywhere from 10-35% more than they billed me. 

 

Nobody along this process is owed a damn penny more than what they got paid at any step in the game.

 

you got what you paid for, and it for sure wasn’t any equity stake in the panthers business. You bought some license to buy seat tickets. Nothing more.

I agreed with most of what you said, but don't talk about the Bern.  Especially since you see where all the "money" is with the current administration. ...  Hint: it aint that $6.67 a paycheck the common folk are getting either.
