CAP just doesnt have that RUN YOUR fuging ASS OVER type game that Jstew had.

You talking about his first couple years in the league or the last couple years in the league. All I seen the last couple years was almost 3 yds a carry and him get as fat as Tolbert.

I think some of us have taken this out of context, or at least reading into it too deeply. RR simply stated that he wants to give CAP the opportunity because he's seen signs of his ability. This says nothing about when or how that opportunity will present itself. Competition in OTAs and Minicamps? Against a draft pick? In game-time scenarios? This doesn't tell me much more than we were already expecting.

No he's not. He's showed flashes in preseason. Every time he's gotten a shot in an actual game he looks like boo boo.

What game did you watch..he hasn' had enough touches to even say that.. do you even know what a powerback is used for?

I haven't missed a single game since 01'. He's been here several years. He's gotten starts. And yes they've been limited, but he's not shown he's a capable #2 at any point. He's not a power back. He's a one cut get upfield, back. If he's your #3? Fine, that'll work. #2?? The run game will be worse than last season, point blank period.

Those stats list 3 fumbles,  2 were recovered.  In his limited play, its not impressive.  That is one fumble every 141 yards.

I don't know what the heck you're looking at, but those stats list zero regular season fumbles and 1 post-season fumble.  Its really tricky because that stat is  listed under the header "FMB" (yeah, what were they thinking, right?).

If you are looking at the 2 listed under 2017 "Defense and Fumbles" under column FR, thats the number of fumbles RECOVERED by that player.

Only fumbles listed under the "FMB" column are fumbles for which the players has been assigned responsibility.  Hover your mouse over "FMB" and it tells you "Number of times fumbled both lost and recovered by own team. These represent ALL fumbles by the player on offense, defense, and special teams." And if you hover your mouse over "FR"  it says "Fumbles recovered by a player or team.  Original fumble by either team."

So your statement above is utter nonsense since, in total, CAP has only fumbled once (post-season) but has recovered two, so he has a net positive.
