He’s a CB who has handled their return duties since 2010.  Has 5 punt return TDs and a career punt return avg of over 10.  Great signing if true

He's one of the best returners out there. He's fast and could also replace the Williams/Shepard roles on ST.  Doesn't offer much of anything on D though.

Well Byrd made his impact on the KR not PR (Sherels' specialty) and I think his WR promise and ability is what will keep him on the roster, not ST.

I hope so, but you know Rivera has his favorites and doesn't always put the best players on his roster.
