Just to clarify., Each team gets 30 official visits with NFL prospects. Penny is not going to visit with 30 teams

His blocking leaves a lot to be desired, but he’s still really good. Would be a great third round pick.

If you like a guy and deem him the BPA, you take him. I like how you Huddle scouts always say "Not in X round (blah blah blah)." Of course you're looking for value, but if said guy is one whom you believe will make the greatest impact when you're on the clock, and you don't believe he'll be there next time, you take him. That being said, he'd be an excellent third round pick.
