his scheme is legit, but even more was his aggressiveness and confidence in his players. i was sold on him in our game against them, they scored a TD and we had a penalty on that same play, refs assumed they would take the yardage on the kickoff but he took the extra yard and went for 2 instead.

Most Eagles would tell you that their secondary, particularly their corners, was easily their biggest weakness last year. Not saying it was as bad as our current situation, but still far from good.

Our defense is so much better than Philadephia's it's insane. Tom Brady absolutely shredded them but it just came down to one good defensive play. We've never let Brady have 5 TDs on us.  If the offense could get moving and stay moving, we'd have no problems being one of the top teams in our respective conference and in the entire league.

They are getting guys that can do their jobs IMO.

Veteran receiver✅✅

WRs that can create space✅✅

Cheap✅

Compared to what these guys are getting, $5M ain't so bad and there's no guarantee he sticks to the roster. We just need to go ahead and cut Shep and keep it moving, while still drafting a WR.
